Nice, it is a stepping motor, it looks like it has a very high degree of accuracy.

What parts did you make and what parts did you buy.


I would like to use something like this to adjust the RASP

Hi Leo,

I bought just the:

 

Threaded rod M8

Mothers M8

Washers

Mounting Brackets

1 cutting board from white plastic

 

The motor and the gear are from an old EPSON Printer

the Trapezoidal thread is form a adjustible table

thr bearings are from my old inline scates.

 

the spacers and all drillings are made on my lathe, as showen in the pictures.
